On the healthy side, Pappy’s Real Pork Cracklin is made the Olde Fashion way: Gluten Free and better yet, 0g Carbs per 0.5 oz. serving.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove seasoning pack!
2. In frying pan or deep fryer, pre-heat cooking oil to 350 degrees. (Be sure to add enough oil to cover the Cracklins).
3. Fry for 90 seconds, remove, and sprinkle seasoning.
4. Let stand 3 minutes to get crisp and then serve.
